What you need to know/bring:
- Bring student’s immunization records, if available
- Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- All students in Thurston County are welcome
- No exemptions or waivers will be issued
- Appointments strongly encouraged
- Walk-ins are first-come, first-served
