OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Auditor’s Office seeks “Against” committee members for the August 1, 2023, Primary Election. 

“Against” committee members are needed for Resolutions in the following districts: 

  • Fire Protection District No. 03 - Lacey 
  • Fire Protection District No. 06 - East Olympia 
  • Fire Protection District No. 08 - South Bay 
  • Fire Protection District No. 09 - McLane Black Lake 
  • S.E. Thurston Fire Authority 

Committee members provide written arguments “against” a ballot measure that will appear in the Local Voters’ Pamphlet.   

Committee member names must be submitted to the Auditor’s Office by 4:30 p.m. on May 19, 2023 via email to pamphlet@co.thurston.wa.us or by dropping off forms at the Thurston County Elections Office, 2400 Evergreen Park Drive SW, Olympia, WA  98502.
