It was renewed June 9, 2020, renewed and amended December 9, 2020, renewed as amended June 9, 2021, and renewed and amended December 9, 2021. The interim ordinance allows the Director of Community Planning and Economic Development to waive some of the code standards for emergency housing encampments for up to six months.
To extend waivers beyond six months requires a public hearing. The current interim regulations will expire June 9, 2022 if not renewed by the board following a public hearing.
