How to Submit Public Comments

In-Person or Virtually: Those wishing to testify should appear in person or virtually and be heard. Testimony will be accepted at the Monday, December 4, hearing. 

Written Comments: You can submit written or emailed comments if you cannot attend. Please submit your comments no later than 12:00 p.m., December 4, 2023

Background: The CIP is Appendix G of the Thurston County Comprehensive Plan. It is part of the county’s capital facilities element, required under the Growth Management Act. The CIP is a six-year financing plan for capital facilities.
