Building Development Center Hours of Operation

OLYMPIA – Beginning Monday, September 13, 2021, the Thurston County Building Development Center (BDC) will return to normal operational hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.   

In addition to normal operational hours, citizens will continue to have access to our services online, by phone, by email, or by using a drop box located outside of Building 1. For more information on submitting permits, please visit the Building Development Center website at: www.thurstoncountybdc.com.
