OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to accept public comment on the 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). You can view more detailed information about the proposal at https://www.thurstonplanning.org.

How to Submit Public Comments
In-Person or Virtually: Those wishing to testify should appear in person or connect virtually and be heard. Testimony will be accepted at the Wednesday, September 18, hearing.
Written Comments: You can submit written comments if you cannot attend. Please submit your comments no later than 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2024, by using the comment form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NVS3PD5.

Background: The CIP is Appendix G of the Thurston County Comprehensive Plan. It is part of the county’s capital facilities element, required under the Growth Management Act. The CIP is a six-year financing plan for capital facilities.
