OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, to accept comment on the site-specific Martin Way Land Use and Rezoning Amendment. In Person or Virtually: Those wishing to testify should appear in person or virtually and be heard. The Planning Commission will accept comment at the Wednesday, October 2 hearing.

Martin Way Land Use and Zoning Amendment:
The proposed amendment would change the land use and associated zoning of 7.1 acres of parcel 11814210200, located at 7809 Martin Way East, from Low Density reresidential to Mixed-use High Density Corridor.
