OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, to accept comment on the site-specific Martin Way Land Use and Rezoning Amendment. The proposed amendment would change the land use and associated zoning of 7.1 acres of parcel 11814210200, located at 7809 Martin Way East, from Low Density reresidential to Mixed-use High Density Corridor.
