The CIP is Appendix G of the Thurston County Comprehensive Plan. The CIP is updated annually to provide information on planned capital facilities projects for the coming six years.  You can view more detailed information about the proposal on the Capital Improvement Program project webpage.

Thurston County's BLA code language is not in compliance with state law and related case law. In addition to the compliance issues, current planning staff identified additional changes throughout the code to improve its organization and identified additional text to clearly outline the expectations for an applicant.
