How to Submit Public Comments

You can submit written or emailed comments if you cannot attend the January 16 public hearing. Please submit your comments no later than 12 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Send comments to Maya Teeple, Senior Planner, at maya.teeple@co.thurston.wa.us or by mail to:

Agriculture Code Amendments:

Proposed amendments will impact multiple chapters in Title 20 and include new and revised definitions for agricultural uses, increased flexibility within Long-Term Agriculture, and clarified language and standards in the Agritourism Overlay District. Zoning map changes are not included as part of this hearing and will have a separate hearing in the future.
