Agriculture Zoning Update:

Proposed amendments would revise policies that determine where long-term agriculture lands are sited and impact the comprehensive plan, future land use map and zoning map. The proposed amendments update designation criteria for long-term agriculture lands and result in no new long-term agriculture zoning across the County. Amendments also allow for landowners adjacent to existing Long-Term Agriculture lands to voluntarily enroll in the Long-Term Agriculture zoning district. Property owners interested in voluntarily zoning into Long-Term Agriculture may submit a completed signed master application to staff listed below by Nov. 25, 2024 to be considered this year.

Disability Accommodations: To request disability accommodations, call the Reasonable Accommodation Coordinator at least three days prior to the meeting at 360-786-5440. Persons with speech or hearing disabilities may contact via Washington Relay: 711 or 800-833-6388.
