OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, to hear comment on CPA-21, the Pogue Site-Specific Land Use Plan and Rezoning Amendment. In-Person or Virtually: Those wishing to testify should appear in person or virtually and be heard. The BoCC will accept comment at the Tuesday, October 3 hearing.
Written Comments: You can submit written or emailed comments if you cannot attend. Please submit your comments no later than 12 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Background:
The proposed amendment would change the land use and associated zoning of two parcels totaling 3.68 acres from Rural Residential and Resource 1/5 to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial: the applicant’s parcel (11606210300), and the adjacent southern parcel (11606210400).
