In-Person or Virtually: Those wishing to testify should appear in person or virtually and be heard. The BoCC will accept comment at the Tuesday, October 3 hearing.

Background: 

The proposed amendment would change the land use and associated zoning of two parcels totaling 3.68 acres from Rural Residential and Resource 1/5 to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial: the applicant’s parcel (11606210300), and the adjacent southern parcel (11606210400).
