​OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 3:30 p.m. to receive public testimony on the Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) Code Amendment. You can view more detailed information about the proposal on the Boundary Line Adjustment webpage.

Those wishing to testify should appear in person or virtually at the Tuesday, Dec. 13, public hearing. You can also submit written or emailed comments. Please submit your comments no later than 12 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13.

Background: The code amendment will address the compliance issues with state law and related case law. In addition to the compliance issues, Thurston County staff identified additional changes throughout the code to improve its organization and identified additional text to clearly outline the expectations for an applicant.
