OLYMPIA – The Thurston Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, to receive public testimony on the Grand Mound Subarea Plan. In-Person or Virtually: Those wishing to testify should appear in person or virtually and be heard. The commissioners will accept comments at the Tuesday, September 19 hearing.
Written Comments: You can submit written or emailed comments if you cannot attend. Please submit your comments no later than 12 p.m. Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

Background:
The Grand Mound Subarea Plan guides growth and development in the Grand Mound Urban Growth Area. This update includes changes to background information and goals and polices, associated code changes, and four land use and zoning amendments.
