OLYMPIA – On Friday, March 5, Thurston County Public Health and Social Services (PHSS) will host a drive-through COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Thurston County Fairgrounds. The clinic will be by appointment only. 

This clinic will serve residents 65 years of age and older, residents 50 years of age and older living in a multigenerational household, pre-K educators, K-12 teachers and educators, and childcare workers.

What: Mass COVID-19 Vaccination Event 

When: Friday, March 5, by appointment only

Where: Thurston County Fairgrounds, 3054 Carpenter Rd SE, Lacey, WA 98503

Who: Residents 65 years of age and older, residents 50 years of age and older living in a multigenerational household, pre-K educators, K-12 teachers and educators, and childcare workers

Appointment scheduling will open to the public on this afternoon via the PHSS coronavirus website and will be on a first come, first served basis. Links will also be posted simultaneously to the PHSS Facebook and Twitter pages. Appointment slots are limited to the first 800 registrants and are expected to fill up quickly. 

 

PHSS reserved 200 additional appointment slots for eligible people with access barriers and is assisting with scheduling their vaccine appointments before clinic registration opens to the public. Residents without internet access or who require assistance can call the PHSS vaccine helpline at 360-867-2610.
