Pogue Land Use and Zoning Amendment:

The proposed amendment would change the land use and associated zoning of ~1.5 acres at parcel 11606210300 from Rural Residential and Resource 1/5 to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial. An alternative option would change the land use and associated zoning of two parcels totaling 3.68 acres from Rural Residential and Resource 1/5 to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial: the applicant’s and adjacent southern parcel 11606210400. View more online at: https://www.thurstoncountywa.gov/pogue-site-specific-land-use-plan-and-rezoning

Agriculture Zoning Update:

Proposed amendments would revise policies determining where long-term agriculture lands are sited and impact the comprehensive plan, zoning map, and multiple chapters in Thurston County Code Title 20.
