Upcoming Road Closure Due to Repairs on Tilley Road S from Maytown Road SW to 140th Avenue SW

Thurston County Public Works is notifying residents and commuters of a temporary road closure on Tilley Road S from Maytown Road SW to 140th Avenue SW. The road will be closed on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for asphalt repairs.

Traffic Impact:

  • A detour route will be in place to guide traffic around the closure.
  • Local access on Tilley Road S, south of Maytown Road SW, will be maintained.
  • There will be a hard closure at the bridge at Beaver Creek.

Motorists are advised to plan alternative routes during the closure and to allow extra travel time. The county appreciates the public's patience as these necessary repairs are completed.
