The Thurston County Auditor's Office will hold a Passport Fair on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Thurston County Atrium Building. As the only provider of full-time passport services in the county, the Auditor's Office is dedicated to ensuring accessible passport services for community members.

Thurston County Auditor’s Elections Division is offering observer training for the November 5, 2024 General Election. The training will be held over Zoom on October 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

The Thurston County Auditor’s Elections Division mailed 10,111 General Election ballots to military and overseas voters registered in Thurston County. Ballot envelopes must be signed and dated by Election Day or received via email or fax by 8 p.m. Pacific Time on Election Night, November 5, 2024.

The Thurston County Auditor’s Elections Office will conduct Logic and Accuracy Tests ahead of the November 5, 2024 General Election. These tests demonstrate the accuracy of the scanners and tabulation system, and the accessible voting units. The Elections Division is looking for volunteers to serve as observers for the Logic & Accuracy Tests.
