Office equipment, furniture, and other materials that have been declared surplus by Thurston County are sold to the public through an online auction.
Surplus vehicles and other similar equipment are sold at auction through the Central Services Fleet Services Division. For information on these auctions, please call Fleet Services at (360) 867-2442.
Bids and Projects
Thurston County Central Services utilizes the services of Builders Exchange of Washington to post electronic plans and specifications for Public Works Projects. Learn more about plans, specifications, addenda and plan holders' lists.
Bidders are encouraged to "Register as a Bidder" for specific projects in order to receive automatic email notification of addenda and to be placed on the Project Bidders List.

Small Works Roster Registration Information
Small Works Roster - Estimated Cost of $40,000 to Less Than $300,000
The Washington Revised Code (RCW) authorizes use of small works roster procedures, rather than formal bidding and advertisement, for soliciting bids for public work construction projects with an estimated cost of $40,000 to less than $300,000.
Contractors must be registered on the MRSC roster to bid on any of our small works' projects.
