Free Parent Support Line: Call or text 1-888-404-7763. Perinatal Support Washington's Warm Line offers warm, understanding, and private support through their parent volunteers and trained staff. Answered live 9 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Virtual Mom to Mom: Monthly support group for moms with children with special healthcare needs

Perinatal Warm Line: Talk to another dad about your mental health needs during this period as well as gather information about supporting your partner who might be experiencing their own mood or anxiety disorder
LGBTQ+ Support Group: LGBTQ+ community group to talk about gender, transition, family dynamics, and difficulties when trying to feel accepted and included

Parent Education & Youth Ally: Deborah Sleeman is a Parent Educator focused on supporting parents so they and their children can thrive through parent coaching and classes

Food Resources: Apply for SNAP or WIC benefits, find local food banks, sign up for summer meals for your children

Timberland Regional Library Events for Families
Dynamic Dads: This program is a 14-week court-approved, evidence-based parenting class for fathers
Fatherhood: Fatherhood Program that works to advance activities and training that support fathers, their families, and the professionals who work with them
Guiding Good Choices: This free 6-week evidence-based training series for parents and caregivers is designed to help families guide children through success at home, school, and in life
Parents for Parents: Parents for Parents (P4P) provides peer mentoring for families in the dependency court system
Sib Shops Program: Free program for siblings ages 7-18 who have a sibling with a developmental delay or disability
