Notice of Public Hearing - 2025 Fee Schedule
The Thurston County Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 5:05 pm, in Room 110, of the Atrium, 3000 Pacific Ave. SE Olympia, WA 98501.
The public hearing is to accept public comment on proposed updates to the Thurston County Public Health and Social Services, Environmental Health Division 2025 Fee Schedule. The proposed updates will replace the hourly rate fee structure for four water recreation permit types and instead implement a flat fee for service model. These updates are expected to improve customer service by providing clients a consistent fee rate rather than a variable rate. Additionally, the updates will strike three fees associated with processes no longer utilized by the Environmental Health Division
Those wishing to testify should appear and be heard. If unable to attend, written comments may be submitted via email to phss_boards@co.thurston.wa.us by December 10th, by 2:00 P.M. or by mail to Thurston County Public Health and Social Services, Environmental Health Division, 3000 Pacific Ave. SE (Suite 225), Olympia, WA 98501.
