**Thurston County Superior Court has been informed that all Administrative Office of the Courts systems are unavailable. This includes Odyssey, JABS, JIS, JCS and other AOC-hosted information systems. Currently, AOC does not have an estimated time of restoration.**
IF POSSIBLE, before the date of ANY hearing, provide the Court with hard copy Judge’s copies of the Notice of Hearing and any pleadings filed.
This will help ensure that the Court is aware of the hearing.
Courtesy copies provided to the opposing party will also help to support the hearing going forward.
Hard copies will be the primary way that judicial officers will be able to prepare as we are unable to access the files electronically at this time.
Filing questions should be directed to the Clerk’s Office at tcclerk@co.thurston.wa.us.
Do not contact Court staff regarding filing questions.
Thank you for your patience.

Covid-19 and Other Public Health Topics
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the Superior Court modified operations based on input from local public health. The Court continues to receive regular updates from public health. Based on current conditions, neither social distancing nor the wearing of facial coverings is required at our courthouses. The Court encourages individuals to be aware of their circumstances and make individual decisions regarding protecting their health. Remote participation continues to be available for many types of court proceedings and jury service deferrals may be requested based on individual or household health circumstances.
